Mr. Art Pincomb, President of AGI, is a Mines & Quarries Appraiser certified by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). ASA is the nation's oldest multidisciplinary professional appraisal society. ASA is one of the major appraisal societies in the U.S. that founded the Appraisal Foundation, which publishes the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), to which all members of ASA must comply. Mr. Pincomb is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
Mr. Pincomb's experience includes 40 years in construction materials and industrial minerals and 10 years in precious and base metals and energy minerals. He has an extensive background in aggregates, industrial and energy minerals. He routinely performs mineral property appraisals and mining operation appraisals, plans and implements mineral exploration projects, geological and geotechnical core logging, mapping and reserve and quality analyses.
Mr. Pincomb is a professional geologist with a B.S. Degree in Geology from the University of Kansas (1972) and an M.S. Degree in Geology from the University of Montana (1975). He is a licensed geologist.
Art Pincomb has appraised more than 600 mineral properties and mining operations in 32 states and Canada since 1990.

Financial Institutions need to know if the mining project will generate adequate cash flow to service the loan. The value of the mineral property or operation as collateral must also be assessed to protect against default. Both are functions of the market value of the mining property or operation.
